Registration for the 2026 camp season is closed and we are no longer accepting addtions to the waitlist.

Tips for Registration

• When you click on the registration button, all weeks and age groups will be on one page. Click on the weeks and groups you are interested in. For example, if you are registering multiple children for week 1, you can choose each age group you need in that week. Once you have, your weeks will be reserved safely in your cart and you can move on to entering camper information etc. 
• If you are registering multiple children, please do not have more than one person attempt to register them separately. This will not be faster and will only make your profile more complicated for us.
• Please try not to hedge your schedule by signing up for more weeks than you genuinely hope to attend. 
• You will see that groups fill up very quickly. In the event that you are waitlisted, please don't despair and try to hold off on calling or emailing until Wednesday. We are typically inundated with inquiries which can be very challenging. We will work diligently over the course of the next week to work through the waitlist, giving priority to returning campers and siblings whose schedules are not aligned at the time of registration.
• Note that spaces are finite; our commitment to safety and quality requires that we limit the size of our groups thoughtfully. You have our word that we will do everything in our power to approach enrollment and waitlist management as fairly as possible.  
   

Registration Policies

We know life happens and plans sometimes change! Although we try to be as flexible and  accommodating it is important we have a very clear registration policy: 

• Enrollment changes can be made before February 1st with a $50/week cancelation fee. 
• Changes made after February 1st will result in loss of deposit $200/week.
• Cancellations after April 1: Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer refunds at that point.
• Payment deadline: Any remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card on file on April 1, 2025.

Enrollment may be limited in all camps. Registration is based on a first-come, first-serve basis and is only complete after all applicable medical forms and deposits have been received. We cannot hold a space ‘open’ for any child.

A confirmation email will be sent after registrations are received. Please check for accuracy.
