2026 Summer Camp Registration opens on Tuesday, January 6th at 10:00 A.M Sharp!

Registration Policies

We know life happens and plans sometimes change! Although we try to be as flexible and  accommodating it is important we have a very clear registration policy: 

• Enrollment changes can be made before February 1st without penalty. 
• Changes made after February 1st will result in loss of deposit $200/week.
• Cancellations after April 1: Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer refunds at that point.
• Payment deadline: Any remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card on file on April 1, 2025.

Enrollment may be limited in all camps. Registration is based on a first-come, first-serve basis and is only complete after all applicable medical forms and deposits have been received. We cannot hold a space ‘open’ for any child.

A confirmation email will be sent after registrations are received. Please check for accuracy.
