Our staff members gain hands-on training and experience in challenge course facilitation, rock climbing instruction, kayak and bike expedition leadership, group management, waterfront safety, and team building. You'll work in a collaborative environment with passionate educators, build meaningful relationships with remarkable young people, and develop skills that translate to careers in education, youth development, outdoor recreation, and beyond. We offer competitive salaries and the kind of summer that changes how you see your own capabilities.

We're looking for energetic, positive individuals who are at least eighteen, physically fit, and genuinely passionate about the outdoors and working with children. Required certifications include current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard credentials (Waterfront Lifeguard certification preferred). Prior experience with children is essential.

Our 2026 season runs from June 1st through August 14th, beginning with a week of comprehensive training and orientation. We ask that staff commit to the full season. To apply, submit a completed application, cover letter, resume, three letters of recommendation, and three references. All candidates must pass CORI and SORI screenings.
