REGISTRATION & CAMP POLICIES

To ensure quality, safety and proper enrollment we strictly adhere to our registration and camp policies, no exceptions will be made.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

CAMP POLICIES

Cancellations for any reason prior to
May 15 will result in the loss of deposit. Cancellations after May 15 will cause all payments to be forfeited. No refunds.

Enrollment is limited in all camps. Registration is based on a first-come,
first-serve basis and only after all applicable medical forms have been received. We can not hold a space 'open' for any child.

Applicable deposits must accompany all registration forms.

Any outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to June 1, 2008. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled registration and a forfeit of deposits. No refunds.

There will be a $25 administration fee per student for any changes made to enrollment.

No changes will be accepted after May 15, 2008. Weeks may be added if space is available.

Students will not be enrolled in camp and may not attend until all medical and registration forms have been received. Registration forms and medical forms may be faxed or mailed.

A confirmation letter will be mailed after registration is received. Please check for accuracy.

To take advantage of the member rate, students must be a current member.
To become a member, please add the applicable membership fee as stated on the registration form.
Annual membership begins September 1 and ends August 31.

Students must arrive at their base camp
(9 Nobadeer Farm Road) promptly each morning at the starting time specified for each camp. Late arrivals miss important details of the activities offered that day and their chance to choose.

Students are not allowed for any reason to be dropped off early or picked up late. Strong Wings is not responsible for students before or after camp and therefore not allowed on property.

Unless otherwise noted, bicycles & helmets must accompany every student each day. No child will be allowed to attend on any day without a bike and helmet. Bicycles must be in good working condition prior to arriving at camp.

Backpacks with lunches must accompany every student each day. Towels, bathing suits, water bottles and sunscreen are essential. Please be prepared.
(A separate supply list will accompany your confirmation letter).

Students should be prepared for bad weather, as groups will be outside at all times (with the exception of First Explorers).

Any child who becomes uncontrollable during any day will have to leave for that day (parent will be notified). A second incident will result in removal from camp and fees will not be refunded.

OUR SAFETY POLICY

I have read and understand the above camp and registration policies and agree to adhere to them.
